Our management team maintains all tenant records, processes rent payments and deposits, prepares paperwork for eviction or court enforced rent collection and works with attorneys during the legal process, assists with contracting for vendor services, and pays all accounts payables. We also provide annual budget formulation, and monthly reports using Quickbooks for owners.
We provide our apartment complexes with: Showing vacant units, prospective tenant screening and application processes, lease signing, tenant concern resolution, rent collection assistance, coordination of unit renovation using Maintenance Professionals, Inc personnel for apartment prep and repairs and outside vendors for painting, carpeting and cleaning.
